Submission instructions and presentation definitions for the 55th Annual Meeting of the Society for Laboratory Animal Science GV-SOLAS and 17th Advanced Training Course of the IGTP
Abstracts submissions are brief presentations of scientifically interesting and/or worthwhile information for the GV-SOLAS audience. During the abstract submission one can select the preference of the presentation form, either as poster, or as seminar, workshop, or round table/panel discussion.
The abstract body of all submissions must be divided as follows:
Please use capital letters for the headings, followed by a colon (:) and continue with the text in the same line. Please leave one blank line between the abstract body divisions. Please note that this format is mandatory, and the deviation from it may result delay in acceptance, or rejection.
Content of the abstracts as a block, plus a field for references - limited to 2500 characters, no bigger than size A4, portrait format, no pictures!
The Scientific Committee together with the Local Organizing Committee will in due course select the best possible form for each presentation based on the overall program structure and needs. Some abstract submissions may be considered for other kind of presentation forms than the given two (poster, seminar), such as workshop or round table discussions – should this need arise the Local Organizing Committee will get in touch with the author for further discussions. All authors are informed of acceptance or non-acceptance, as well as the proceedings and accepted form in July, 2017.
